DELicious Carolina is a catering/personal chef company founded by Chef Deljuan Murphy.  The company is an extension of the travels, the people, the experiences of love that Deljuan encountered over the 20 years he spent honing his craft. DELicious Carolina specializes in private parties, weddings, birthday festivities, special events, and any other occasion that calls for good food and good vibes. 



Deljuan Murphy is the Executive Chef and CEO of DELicious Carolina. Deljuan was born in Fayetteville, NC, but he moved all around the world as a military brat. Murphy grew up around great cooks, like his father, CSM Murphy, a Dining Facility Manager, and his grandfather SGM Charlest Jones, a Pit Master.

His many travels, including time in Europe, inspired his passion for cooking. In year, Deljuan graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. He worked at Fleet Landing as a Sous Chef and eventually became the Executive Chef.

Chef Deljuan Murphy was a finalist on Chopped, featured in Post & Courier as one of Charleston’s Up and Coming Chefs, featured in Charleston Grit Magazine, and in a Go Pro Start Career Discovery Ladder. He started a YouTube cooking channel in 2019 called "Cookin' with Steez". Deljuan's specialty is southern cuisine with international flare. He also makes some of the most DELicious sweets around.
